"Blog" Universe

 I mentioned before that I consider this blog and any of my blogs a palimpsest. I reserve the right to go back and edit older posts. Recently I added images to all the recent posts that lacked them. Not just any images, but AI-generated ones, even for posts written before the public availability of AI. The title is a play on the block universe. The future already exists for those old blog posts.

In other news, a new semester just started (this fall I am teaching Ecology again), together with a new and exciting possible collaboration. I have been more active on social media and my Romanian blog, which has the word "palimpsest" in its domain. Next week I will be attending the Science Summit at the United Nations.
