Za'atar Caesar Salad

Ca tot n-am mai publicat demult nici o reteta, galbena sau nu: trei maini pline de frunze de laptuca, crutoane, si aici se incheie ingredientele de Caesar, trei rosii si doi castraveti taiati cubulete, o cutie de sardele, ulei de masline, suc de lamaie, branza tip Feta si za'atar, well mixed. Si cu aceasta reteta inaugurez eticheta cu numele the gourmet goat, care va contine retetele mele vegetariene si vegane, tried and true. Si aici o reteta cu iz craiesc, la care am ajuns confundand sticla de bulion cu sticla de sirop de mure, si a fost o confuzie providentiala. Carnea se poate inlocui cu soia granule.
