My pandeiro...

...accompanied me throughout the entire tour. I carried it in my bohemian purse, keeping it close to my body, hearing it jingle from time to time, like a good omen. Of course I learned the samba groove in just two minutes of practice, but then the accents... And by the time we arrived in Târgu-Mureş I could jam with my lover. (I am talking about musical instruments now!) Now I've learned the baião and every day I am more and more enthralled by this resourceful instrument.
